I use twice a day for 15 minutes, absolutely love this vibration plate. Helps so much with gas, firstly. I go on it and it helps relieve all gas pains. I do feel like it's tightening up my body, slow but steady.

Impressed with the quality of the machine had it only two weeks too soon to judge how it is helping with fitness and weight loss!!

Very helpful in my exercise/weight-loss journey... assisting me in becoming more fit and active. Great vibration pro machine!

Genial, todo correcto, entrega, producto, estoy encantado, gracias

I have been using this item now for about a month and its great. The best part is the silence that this machine offers as I live in a flat and was concerned about the neighbours below me. I would recommend to others.

I love this machine it's already making me want to do more during the day after just 7 days of use it really feels good and is so relaxing.

Who knew this vibrating machine could be so useful? Bought it on a whim and really enjoy it. If for no others reason I sleep better and feel better afterward. No psyching yourself into a dredged exercise just get on and enjoy the ride. That’s why it probably has all great reviews.

Excellent product, used every day, defo noticing a difference in general wellbeing.

This has been a great relief to my legs and feet. A rejuvenation!

A perfect way to end a busy day. It’s like having a personal masseuse available 24/7

This vibration pro machine is helping me lose weight in the comfort of my home and it supports people on heavier people like me pretty well. I'm glad I bought this when I did. Very sturdy.

Both my wife and I have used this in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet. Has done the job. Happy.

Only just got this vibration plate it is a very good piece of equipment very sturdy and the programmes and the vibration levels are excellent, it's very good value for money and I would definitely recommend it to other people

Absolutely love it can use it anywhere around the house, arrived on time too

It helps me change my lifestyle a lot. Before I lay on the sofa and watch movies, but I can also do some exercise during I am watching movies. My family likes to use it as well. In time, the weather is getting cooler, and my mom and dad can do the workout at home instead of going outside. We love to buy stuff that can make me and my family healthier. We will encourage each other to keep using the vibration machine.

I look so forward to getting on this machine several times per day in 10-15 minute increments. It's so convenient to do this while watching TV. I also use it to relax and loosen up while working from home. I feel more limber and less stiff after using this machine daily. I also hope to realize weight loss and firming up from continued use of the vibration machine.

I ADORE THIS MACHINE! It's perfect for core strength and weight loss, it's focusing on my trouble areas of bottom and stomach, makes it all wobble off!

I am surprised how quiet it is, somehow expected it to be as noisy but no...it just purrs.

I was skeptical but this vibrating machine has been a nice addition to working out. Even a small session feels like you went on a long walk.

My husband is diabetic and has poor circulation. One foot has some amputation and the circulation is compromised. After a few days of using this massage machine his pain subsided and the color improved tremendously. I use it as well and enjoy many benefits from it.

This vibrating machine was for my dad and he loves it! Easy to use and can feel it in your muscles.

I am over the moon with it, I wish I had got one before.

Excellent device Works great And I am at its highest weight limit Great program variety Heavy robust design It's a bit bigger than it looks in pictures But that's not a bad thing as it gives you a more stable platform It's a very good design Love the programmes The resistance bands work great and give an extra additional workout for arms n shoulders Excellent bit of kit 5☆☆☆☆☆

Hardly any work putting it together, so easy to use, really love it, fast delivery, great price, everyone who comes to the house has to have a go.

Excellent!!

I use this every day and it's very easy to use, with lots of workout options!

I purchased this vibrating machine as a gift for a friend and two months later she's still raving over it! I wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review just to make sure everything still worked perfectly. And yep, she still loves it and uses it often. She has NOTHING negative to say about it other than she hates that her boyfriend and kids want to use it too lol.

I use this vibrating machine daily, for circulation and to give strength to my legs. Excellent!

I have used it several times so far. Just what I wanted. Hope it keeps working the way I want it to. Be warned though, read warm up section, and if you're not fit like I'm not. Don't use it everyday. Or you may do more harm than good.

I have self diagnose with plantar fasciitis in my left foot and I have tried different insoles and shoes. The best release I’ve gotten is from using this massager for about 30 minutes a day.
