UK Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

After shipment, you will receive tracking information by email, either from Bluefin Fitness or one of our delivery partners. This will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. Please check your junk/spam folder.

Next Day Shipping

Our free next day delivery policy aims to provide swift service for orders placed before 12:00 pm, ensuring delivery by the next working day* to eligible UK mainland postcodes**.

*Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. Please allow up to three additional working days for deliveries of heavier items weighing over 30 kg, including treadmills, rowers and elliptical trainers.

**UK Mainland Addresses exclude postcodes AB31–56, IV (all), KW (all), PA20–80, PH4–50, BT (all), KA27–28, HS (all), IM (all), ZE (all), GY (all) and JE (all). Please allow up to three additional working days for deliveries to these addresses.

All deliveries to Northern Ireland incur a £9.99 delivery fee.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm using our standard delivery service may take up to 3 working days to arrive.

Please note that items purchased may be shipped separately.

If you expect not to be at home when delivery is attempted, the carrier will make every effort to ensure successful delivery by:

• Delivering to a Neighbour: If you have a trusted neighbour who can accept the package on your behalf, the carrier will attempt to deliver to them.
• Safe Place: If you have a designated safe place on your property where the package can be left securely, please let the carrier know.

The customer is responsible for making suitable arrangements for the delivery of goods. If no one is available and no safe place is nominated to our delivery partner, Bluefin Fitness will not be held responsible for any consequential loss following a successful delivery.

All deliveries are limited to doorstep/kerbside locations.

Additional Information

If you are due to receive a free gift with your purchase, please be aware that this will be sent as a separate package.

Orders with a delivery address at a pack station or PO Box cannot be delivered by our couriers. Doing so will automatically cancel your order, so please ensure you use a business or residential address when placing your order.

Free Delivery to Most EU Destinations

We offer free delivery to most EU destinations*. We aim to ensure that all orders placed before 2:00 pm CET are dispatched on the same day. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

*Free delivery does not apply to the following regions: Estonia, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Finland, Switzerland, the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira and the Azores. Delivery charges to these regions will be calculated at checkout.

Deliveries to Switzerland

Please note that all deliveries to Switzerland are made on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis and are exclusive of VAT.

As the customer, you are responsible for importing the goods into Switzerland. Our delivery partner will therefore charge you separately for Swiss VAT on your purchase, as well as a customs clearance fee, before delivery.
