4D Triple Motor Vibration Plate

I’m using bluefin vibrator plate it appears to be okay, but I don’t know what to compare it to?? I mainly use it for joint problems .

Absolutely brilliant! I was skeptical as I wanted to add this to my lymphoedema and lipoedema routine. It’s working wonders alongside the compression garments. I also feel that it’s improving my balance as I suffer with vestibular issues. A lot of muscles had stopped working after my sensory and motor radiculopathy. It’s the first time in many years, it’s helping me get up from the floor. It still takes time to get up but I feel it may be waking up some muscles which were not working from the nerve damage. Overall I feel this maybe life changing for me. I just love it. Thank you.

Arrived quickly. Setup easy and not too heavy but heavy enough to remain in position whilst in use. Instructions easy to follow. Very useful to have the wrist control to easily adjust/set up your workouts. Would have been good to include a speaker/bluetooth connection to play music through the 4D model like some of the other boards. All in all very happy with the purchase which my wife and I enjoy

Very impressed with my 4D Triple Mototr Vibration Plate, found it very relaxing...and have now recommeded to two friends who have now purchasaed their own plates.

Very well packaged and arrived on time. I'm still experimenting but the quality of the machine (very robust) and the different vibration settings show great promise.

I have been using my Bluefin for about two weeks and love it! Helps me sleep better, manage my blood sugar easier (I am type 1 diabetic) and getting me back into more movement. I have experience with vibration plates from the past, but this one with all the different vibration is just fantastic. I am a happy customer.

Looks well made. Nowhere did it say you had to remove the hidden plastic tab from the battery to connect the remote. Instructions scant and there is only of each tension of stretch band rather than the normal pair. Once I get over the quirkiness I think it will be quite good

Great piece of kit, good size, BUT nowhere to grip easily underneath when you want to move it as it is heavy piece of equipment

Great for helping tone and equally good for recovery

Loving it so far. Only had it 2 weeks. Easy to find in 10 min sessions. Love the toning.

My son put the plate together yesterday..It is very sturdy..It is very good value for money.

Easy to follow instructions to assemble. Well made machine and easy to use. The only drawback is I find it very heavy to move.

My husband uses this every day. He has actually dosed off. His feet get quite achy and this device just plain takes them away.

I have a knee problem, which has been greatly helped by the use of the machine in building up the muscles and strengthening the knee area. The machine is quiet in operation although you can hear the vibration through the ceiling as it is on the first floor.

My plate arrived and was missing the manual. Bluefin sent it quickly without any fuss. A pleasure to deal with - Thank you Kate

Wow what a great vibrating platform! It's super easy to use, and pretty lightweight. I'm seeing results in the shape of my body after just a week! Love this, and highly recommend.

This isn't my first vibration platform. I love this one best because you can choose to be in total control or to use one of the preprograms. Great customer service. I'm half way around the world and the package arrived here in great condition. I love the wide base which gives you more options for using.it. I enjoy it both to work out on and to relax my muscles.

I LIKE IT. IT IS QUITE SOLID AND STEADY WITH STRONG VIBRATING POWER; BUT EASILY PORTABLE. IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH OF STORAGE SPACE AND EVEN CAN BE USED IN AN UPSTAIRS BEDROOM WITHOUT CAUSING ANY NOISE OR VIBRATION ON THE FLOOR. I FOUND IT MORE EFFECTIVE THAN THE ONE I USE IN A FAMOUS SPORTS CLUB.

I received my 4D vibration plate with triple motors very quickly. Still in the learning curve. So far great! Only thing is the remote doesn’t work. Thanks Bluefin

The thing I was most concerned about was it's being sturdy and it is sturdy. I'm 6'1' nearly 250 pounds and it doesn't have any wobble at all. I had an issue with assembly and they responded within 24 hours and solved it right away. I couldn't be happier with this buy.

Feeling the pull on muscles after using this and I've managed to eat and drink far too much and still lose 1lb over the past few festive days.

Bought a pair of vibration plates. They both are working perfectly. Seem very sturdy, looking forward to using these for years to come.
