Good home version of gym type. Enjoy using it and it does get your heart rate up and a sweat on. You only need 10 mins every day or every other day to feel the benefit. Even if you dont move and just stand on it the vibrations are stimulating your internal system and blood flow...whats not to like.

I bought this to help my son with physio as I can’t afford a professional brand eg hypervibe. It’s fine but no where near as smooth as the more expensive vibration plates. You get what you pay for. It’s more bumpy than vibration

Quite a machine. The surface of the plate is made of a non-slip material, and is fairly large. There are two elasticated resistance bands which easily clip on to the sides of the plate. The vibrations are powerful and really give the legs and body a good work-over.
