If you ordered via an authorised retailer such as Amazon and have a warranty enquiry then our support team can help with this. If you need assistance with a delivery or payment query then we recommend sending your request direct via the site you made the order.

Where is the batch code on my vibration plate?
Der Chargencode deiner Vibrationsplatte befindet sich auf dem weißen Etikett der Außenverpackung und beginnt mit „BF“. Er ist auch auf der Platte selbst zu finden, üblicherweise auf dem Typenschild mit den technischen Informationen auf der Unterseite.

How do I access my tracking information?
Sobald deine Bestellung versandt wurde, erhältst du die Sendungsverfolgungsinformationen per E-Mail. Diese werden an die E-Mail-Adresse gesendet, die du bei der Bestellung angegeben hast. Bitte überprüfe daher regelmäßig deinen Posteingang und gegebenenfalls auch deinen Spam-Ordner.
Has my order been sent in separate packages?

Falls deine Bestellung ein Gratisgeschenk oder mehrere Produkte enthält, werden diese separat versendet. Die Pakete werden zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten verschickt und du erhältst für jedes Paket eine eigene Sendungsnummer.

Etwaige Gratisgeschenke deiner Bestellung werden nach dem Hauptartikel geliefert. Mache dir also keine Sorgen, wenn die Lieferung etwas länger dauert – sie ist unterwegs!

How do I change my address? I’ve entered it incorrectly.
Falls du die in deiner Bestellung bestätigte Lieferadresse ändern möchtest, sende bitte eine E-Mail mit der neuen Adresse an unser Support-Team. Sollte deine Bestellung bereits bearbeitet werden, kann die Umleitung des Pakets an den Kurierdienst weitergeleitet werden. Wir können dies leider nicht garantieren, werden aber unser Bestes tun, damit dein Paket den gewünschten Bestimmungsort erreicht.
I haven’t received my email confirmation. Did my order go through?

Mein Kauf ist ein Geschenk. Kann ich es nach Weihnachten zurückgeben?

As of the 1st November, we will offer an extended Christmas returns period meaning any purchases from this time can be returned until the 31st January for a full refund should they be unused and in the original packaging.

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

Alle Rücksendungen müssen vorab von Bluefin Fitness genehmigt werden. Die Kosten für den Rückversand trägt der Kunde. Die Artikel müssen unbenutzt und in der Originalverpackung mit sämtlichem Inhalt zurückgesendet werden.

Artikel, die gebraucht zurückgesendet werden oder bei denen Originalteile fehlen, können an den Kunden zurückgeschickt werden. Um eine Rücksendung anzufordern, nutze bitte unser Retourenportal.

Wie sieht der Rückgabeprozess aus?

Du kannst unerwünschte und unbenutzte Artikel innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Erhalt an uns zurücksenden. Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde. Bitte fülle jedoch vorab einen Rücksendeantrag aus, um die Rücksendung zu autorisieren. Gratisartikel aus deiner Bestellung müssen ebenfalls zurückgesendet werden, um eine vollständige Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Weitere Informationen findest du auf unserer Seite „Rücksendungen“.


Wir gehen zwar nicht davon aus, dass es Probleme mit den Waren geben wird, aber falls während der Garantiezeit doch einmal etwas schief geht, hilft dir unser Support-Team gerne weiter und berät dich, ob eine Rücksendung erforderlich ist. Für Rücksendungen im Rahmen der Garantie bieten wir in den ersten 6 Monaten ab Erhalt kostenlose Rücksendungen an. Danach trägt der Kunde die Rücksendekosten. Bitte bewahre die Originalverpackung auf, wenn du deine Bestellung zurücksenden möchtest, da wir keine Ersatzverpackung zur Verfügung stellen.

What are the conditions for returning a product under warranty?

All warranty returns must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving the returns authorisation.

Warranty, Returns and/or product replacements are only applicable/redeemable in the locale to which the original order was delivered.

At this time we are unable to accept returns directly from Switzerland.

How do vibration plates work?

Vibration plates work by creating vibrations on the plate; it moves at varying levels of intensity causing your muscles to contract and relax. However, compared to your usual workout, vibration plates causes your muscles to work at a much quicker rate. This means that exercises and stretches are more efficient and effective.

Do vibration plates actually work?

How do I compare a Bluefin plate to one I have used in the past?

The easiest way to compare vibration plates is to look at the HZ range that they offer. The higher the Hz (vibrations per second) the more intense the workout will be.

Will using a vibration plate help me lose weight?

In short, yes. The vibration plate technology has been proven to help users lose weight. Using your plate for 10 minutes each day, coupled with a healthy balanced diet, will result in weight loss and it has done for many of our happy customers.

Can I use my vibration plate every day?

Of course! We recommend 10 minutes every day, and each plate has handy preset 10-minute programs to make your daily workout easier than ever.

Vibration Plates: Safety, Features & Setup

Can I use a vibration plate with a pre-existing medical condition?

If there are any pre-existing medical conditions, we always recommend speaking to a healthcare professional for advice prior to purchasing or using a vibration plate.

What is the maximum user weight of our vibration plates?

All of our vibration plates have a maximum user weight of 150kg, apart from our Ultra Lite which is 120kg..

What is the G Force of our plates?

We find that G-Force ratings can be misleading, as they often represent a maximum "theoretical" number that is uncomfortable for most users and is based upon user positioning on the plate. Instead, we measure our plates by Frequency (Hz) and Speed Levels (1-180). This ensures you get a machine capable of a full range of motion from gentle lymphatic drainage to high-intensity interval training, without relying on confusing metrics.

Can you set the plates to a specific Hz?

You can’t manually set a Bluefin vibration plate to an exact Hz value. Instead, each model uses calibrated speed levels, with every level corresponding to a fixed vibration frequency. Increasing the speed level increases the Hz in predictable steps, and the frequency range varies by model:

  • Ultraslim & Ultraslim Plus: Share the same motor and frequency range, with speed levels 30–180 delivering 2.0 Hz to 12.0 Hz.
  • Pro: Uses a more powerful motor, delivering higher frequencies from 2.4 Hz up to 14.6 Hz across speed levels 30–180.
  • 3D: Combines vertical (oscillating) and horizontal (side-to-side) movement. Vertical vibration increases from 2.0 Hz to 12.0 Hz, while horizontal motion increases from 1.6 Hz to 9.6 Hz as speed levels rise.
  • 4D: Adds a third micro-vibration layer. Across speed levels 30–180, vertical motion runs from 2.0 Hz to 12.0 Hz, horizontal from 1.9 Hz to 11.3 Hz, and micro vibration from 5.8 Hz up to 34.6 Hz.

While you can’t input a specific Hz number, each speed level is precisely mapped to known frequencies, making it easy to return to the same intensity once you’ve found what works best for your training or recovery.

What do each of the preset programs do?

Each vibration plate has slightly different preset modes, so please check out the user manuals on the product page for a full explanation of what each preset program is for, on that specific model.

What are the black and silver fixtures underneath the plate for?

We get asked this a lot – they’re for the black hand cables that come with your vibration plate. You can use either for different stretches and exercises and allow you to use the plate in different positions.

How easy are they to move? Do they have handles or wheels?

We’ve designed our plates to be compact and easy to move, so you can work out wherever suits you best. Our Slim and Slim Plus models now come with built-in wheels for hassle-free transport. For our 3D, 4D and Lite models, there’s a convenient grip ridge underneath to help you lift and carry your plate with ease.

What are the coloured bands that come with my vibration plate for?

We provide a set of resistance bands have a different resistance strength (some easier to stretch than others). Each provides a workout level suitable for a variety of different exercises and stretches. You can easily incorporate them into your vibration plate routine for a more targeted, muscle-focused session.

How does the Bluetooth work on my vibration plate?

It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3. Ensure your device has Bluetooth turned on and the device is 'discoverable’.

Turn your Bluefin Vibration Plate ON. The Bluetooth automatically turns on once the vibration plate has powered up.

The vibration plate will now appear in the Bluetooth devices list on your phone or tablet. You are now connected to the plate and are ready to go!

Please note, not all models offer Bluetooth. Please refer to the product specifications for each model.

How do I attach the hand cables?

These are looped through the black connection hoops on the underside of the vibration plate.

Treadmill

How do you connect the app and what is it for?

The FitShow App is pre-calibrated to synchronise with your smartphone mobile or tablet device. Track & analyse your running performance & journey by measuring speed, distance, time & heart-rate. You can share your data & compete with friends via social media to push the boundaries of your fitness goals. Simply download from the app store, open the app and wait for the treadmill to show up.

What is the black band for that is in the box with my treadmill?

The heart-rate monitor chest band is included, enabling you to track your pulse frequency to an even greater level of accuracy. The monitor synchronises with your LCD and/or FitShow App & is fully size-adjustable. The treadmill also benefits from two in-built heart-rate sensors on the hand-rail.

Can you amend the speed/incline when using one of the preset programs?

Speed, yes. Incline, sadly not. The preset programs have been designed specifically based on the determined inclines to give you the best workout. The speed can be adjusted if you want to give yourself an easier or tougher workout – the choice is yours.

How easy is the product to assemble?

Our customer feedback has conveyed that the treadmill is pretty simple to construct. We recommend two people work together to assemble the unit and follow through the instructions step by step. There’s a 3-step instruction guide in our manual which demonstrates clearly which parts need to go where, so there’s less time building and more time running.

I want to store the product, how tall is it once folded?

The treadmill track easily lifts & folds away for compact storage when not in use. When folded, the treadmill is 145cm, so there’s plenty of room to store it even in small spaces.
