I haven't used it enough to see big results. I use it in the morning and at bed time. I have lymphedema, lipodema and neuropathy. It feels great and helps relax my legs.

Yes, we now have 2, one for him and one for me! We both enjoy 10-minute breaks throughout the day or evenings, using the vibration plates. They make us feel better! Could be in our minds, but who cares if you feel better!!

Meinem Rücken tut das Gerät extrem gut, im Krankenhaus sollte ich für eine 5-Min-Behandlung 7 Euro zahlen (Sept. 2020). Die deutschen Übersetzungen der Anleitungen sind teilweise schlecht zu verstehen, aber online findet man viele Anleitungen, wenn man via 'Vibrationsplatte' sucht.
