Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Vibrationsplatte! Das Gerät macht einen sehr hochwertigen, stabilen Eindruck und steht bombenfest.
Ich nutze die Platte täglich für 10 Minuten in der leichten Hocke (mit und ohne die mitgelieferten Bänder) – und was soll ich sagen: Man spürt sofort, wie die Tiefenmuskulatur arbeitet! Nach den 10 Minuten hat man richtig wackelige Beine und merkt genau, dass der ganze Körper gefordert wurde.
Die verschiedenen Programme bieten tolle Abwechslung und das Training lässt sich super in den Alltag integrieren. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Von mir gibt es eine ganz klare Empfehlung für jeden, der effektiv zu Hause trainieren möchte!👏🏼
