I use twice a day for 15 minutes, absolutely love this vibration plate. Helps so much with gas, firstly. I go on it and it helps relieve all gas pains. I do feel like it's tightening up my body, slow but steady.

It helps me change my lifestyle a lot. Before I lay on the sofa and watch movies, but I can also do some exercise during I am watching movies. My family likes to use it as well. In time, the weather is getting cooler, and my mom and dad can do the workout at home instead of going outside. We love to buy stuff that can make me and my family healthier. We will encourage each other to keep using the vibration machine.

I look so forward to getting on this machine several times per day in 10-15 minute increments. It's so convenient to do this while watching TV. I also use it to relax and loosen up while working from home. I feel more limber and less stiff after using this machine daily. I purchased this vibrating machine as a gift for a friend and two months later she's still raving over it! I wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review just to make sure everything still worked perfectly. And yep, she still loves it and uses it often. She has NOTHING negative to say about it other than she hates that her boyfriend and kids want to use it too lol.

I have used it several times so far. Just what I wanted. Hope it keeps working the way I want it to. Be warned though, read warm up section, and if you're not fit like I'm not. Don't use it everyday. Or you may do more harm than good.
